What is the best number to call for an appointment?
Great question! We don’t schedule appointments by phone because we believe in leveraging technology for efficiency and convenience. Our online booking system allows you to view all available appointments in real time and schedule at your convenience.

Do you accept healthcare insurance?
No, we do not accept medical insurance. Our priority is to provide the best possible care for our clients. Unfortunately, the restrictions imposed by health insurance companies often limit the quality of care providers can deliver, making it difficult to achieve optimal outcomes.
How can I pay for my treatment?
We accept cash, checks, credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal for payment. Please note that credit card and PayPal transactions incur a 3.99% service fee. To avoid this additional charge, we recommend using Venmo or Zelle for payment.
Do I need a prescription from my doctor?
Not initially. We can perform an evaluation and treat you without a prescription. If a prescription will be required, we’ll let you know. If you already have a prescription from your physician bring it with you.

What should I bring to my appointment?
For your first visit, please bring any relevant medical documents, such as MRI reports, diagnostic test results, or doctor’s notes.
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. Since some disrobing may be necessary for a thorough evaluation and treatment, we recommend bringing tight-fitting shorts for your session.
How do I cancel my appointment?
To cancel your appointment, please use our contact form at least 24 hours in advance. If you fail to cancel in time or do not show up, you will be responsible for the full appointment fee.
We respect your time and commitment. If we are unable to honor your scheduled appointment, we will credit you with a free additional session as a courtesy.
