Elbow Pain & Crossfit
“I do CrossFit and I’m very active outside of the gym as well! I got an elbow injury from a skating accident and couldn’t straighten my arm. I suffered for a month, sticking to lower body movements at the gym before I got an appointment with my doctor.
My doctor sent me to their in house physical therapist who made it feel worse after the first visit and was going to charge me $60 three times a week for months to get my elbow back up and running. On my first appointment with Eran, he had my elbow straightened out after a minute or two of painless adjustment. I was able to go back to CrossFit and daily life 100% as soon as I left his office.
He then used the rest of the appointment to fix my shin splints, adjust my minor scoliosis, relieve my sciatic annoyances, and foot pain. He gave me exercises to do daily so I could maintain proper alignment. I went to him after a neck injury. I went to him again, minutes after being rear ended to make sure my neck and spine were okay. All appointments ending in pain relief and I can go right back to everyday life and gym after. I’ve always been interested in the body and how it works, Eran explains what he’s doing, why, and how in easy to understand terms. I go back in for a check up/minor adjustment every 3-4 months just so I know I’m in peak physical condition to make my next gains!
